  • Cleared a blocker days before go-live that would have pushed the cutover, completing the final data import and bringing the system up on the committed date rather than slipping it.
  • Engineered agentic AI validation workflows on MCP and Claude Code that research and validate ELT requirements and record data-validation results for audit — AI applied to the lowest-tolerance part of data engineering.
  • Built in-house MCP server infrastructure wired to the security team, with data sanitisation across all test environments. Governed AI capability rather than vendor lock-in.
